The success of Rocky Mountain Business Advisors over the past 7 years has been exceptional. While our intent has been to remain a small boutique brokerage firm, the market demand for our services necessitates that we add accomplished experienced professionals to our team.

• Currently, we are only adding experienced Business Brokers to our team. If you work for another firm in Colorado and are tired of paying the house a large portion of the success fees for little in return, this may be the time to consider joining the best Business Brokerage/M&A firm in the Rocky Mountains region.
• We are committed to establishing long-term prospective client relationships which are the seeds to be reaped in the future. We only accept engagements with great businesses that we know we can successfully sell.
• Our back-office tools are easy to learn, designed to win engagements, and to produce outstanding results for our clients.
• Integrity, honesty, quality, patience, and doing what is right for our clients and team members has and will always remain core to our success.
• The RMBA team is comprised of independent contractors rather than employees and because we only hire those brokers who are already successful, we know that paperwork and reports for the sake of management is a waste of time.
• Our compensation plan is second to none. We do not reset the plan each year so those on our team are always in the ‘premium money’.
• Since our inception we have invested heavily in marketing to expand our reputation across Colorado. We will continue to invest in the success of our team members.
• We also recognize that bloated firms with large overheads (or greedy owners) create a scenario where the ‘best’ leads are provided to the managing broker rather than those on the team. Our leads are provided to the brokers who invest in themselves and their success.
• Our managing broker knows that the traditional brokerage model is broken, and he has taken steps to create a model that works.
